The JUNO communicates in ASTM E1394 mode. LISBridge identifies it from the H-record sender ID and applies a JUNO-specific reader, because the analyser reports test codes in a non-standard position of the result record.
All immunoassay results the JUNO reports — tumour markers (CEA, AFP and others), thyroid panel (FT3, FT4, TSH), and cardiac markers — with values, units, and reference ranges.
The JUNO is currently results-only in LISBridge: results flow to your HIS automatically, while orders are entered at the analyser. Bidirectional support is expanded regularly via silent WASM parser updates.
