The Finecare communicates via ASTM E1394 over RS-232. LISBridge includes a Finecare-specific parser that handles Wondfo's ASTM dialect.
Tests depend on which Finecare modules are in use — commonly TSH, fT4, fT3, HCG, prolactin, LH, FSH, troponin I, CK-MB, D-dimer, and rapid infectious disease panels.
The Finecare is a point-of-care system best suited for urgent testing and smaller labs. For high-volume immunoassay testing, the Abbott i800 or COBAS E411 are more appropriate.
