Plug in via RS-232 or point it at LISBridge over TCP/IP. Auto-detection identifies the instrument and loads the correct parser — no manual selection.
LISBridge reads the HL7 v2.3.1 (MLLP) / ASTM E1394 stream in real time. Every result message is decoded — field by field — into structured data.
Each result is checked for completeness. Duplicates caught. Malformed messages flagged. Only clean data moves forward.
Validated results reach your HIS automatically — as HL7 or direct format. Stored locally too. No manual entry required.
Both, depending on configuration. Some CXL PRO units are set up for HL7 v2.3.1 over MLLP; others use classic ASTM E1394. LISBridge ships a dedicated parser for each dialect and detects which one your unit speaks — you do not need to know before you connect it.
Yes, in both dialects. On HL7 the analyser sends QRY^Q02 and LISBridge answers with a DSR^Q03 message carrying the pending worklist. On ASTM the analyser sends a Q-record and LISBridge builds the H/P/O/L order frame in reply. The CXL PRO is one of LISBridge's 16 order-capable instruments.
CS6400 is the vendor model designation for the CXL PRO auto-chemistry analyser. Both names refer to the same instrument and the same LISBridge connection profile.
Every test the analyser reports — liver, kidney, lipid, glucose, and enzyme panels — with values, units, flags, and reference ranges preserved. The raw HL7 or ASTM frame that produced each result is stored alongside it for traceability.
Typically under 30 minutes. Connect over RS-232 or TCP/IP, pick the dialect in the connection profile if it is not detected automatically, and results begin flowing.
